I am currently at Boston University as a freshmen and it’s the worst. I am hoping to transfer but am worried I will not be able to with my current GPA. I am hoping to get into a school of at least the same level as Boston university, but my GPA for the first semester is only 3.2.
Is there a question here or are you just venting?
Why is this college the worst and not a good fit for you?
I guess will I be able to transfer to a school by sophomore year as selective as BU with only a 3.2 GPa this first semester ?
No one can answer that for you. You need to check each schools transfer policy and more important “IF” all your classes even transfer. At lots of selective colleges 3.2 GPA after the first semester or year is actually good!
Lots of kids drop a full grades the first semester or year. Heh, college isn’t easy. ?.
So you like that BU is selective and ranked but don’t like the school. Should that tell you something, like you are looking at the wrong things when selecting a college?
