Do you guys know why I am receiving letters from college? I recently got one from Washington University St. Louis. Is it a good college? Are they showing interest in me? Also, I am getting letters from UAT and University of Denver. Are these good?

Yes, WUSTL is a great school. UDenver is good as well.
However, this is just marketing.
You’re going to get dozens of those kind of letters. Means nothing 90% of the time.
My son kept all of his before recycling them, the stack was almost 3 feet high. The only ones that mean anything are written by an individual , not an office, and are hand signed. The marketing definitely works, we visited a few of the schools after receiving unsolicited brochures. Private schools send the most because they tend to have the largest marketing budgets.
Sometimes, depending on your test scores and/or race, you will receive application fee waivers, short applications (no essay needed) or invitations to apply for programs or scholarships.
They are 99.9% mass marketing materials.
