i buy practically every meal out. subway is a particular favorite, however, i have eaten my fair share of kfc and taco bell. it sucks--every year i gain probably around 20 lbs, and then every summer i have to drop it. its ironic as i gain the weight for summer and lose it for winter...

however, i would say i gain most of the weight from booze--i don't drink 4 or 5 nights a week at home.

The dining halls at my school serve burgers, fries, and pizza everyday. Some of them have pasta every other day as well. There are usually random "Asian" meals (orange chicken yadada). So I find myself consuming a lot of pasta at school and also the occasional burger. In terms of eating out... every other week or so I eat sushi.

I order take out most Friday nights with friends, like pizza and chinese. Our dining hall food isn't the worst out there, but it could be better. Like Emmeline, we have burgers, pizza, salad, stir-fry, tacos, and sometimes pasta. When I go there, I get a salad, pasta, and maybe a small slice of pizza. I don't drink alcohol or eat red meat, so I haven't gained weight since starting school. I lost 6lbs first semester, and probably just as much this semester. We have chick-fil-a, taco bell, and a sub place on campus, but I'm soooo sick of all of it. I dream of going home to real food! Like jags, I actually gain weight when I'm home, eating food I want to eat, when I want to eat.

I used to eat burgers, fries, pizza everyday and no surprise I gained weight

Now my dining hall diet is green salad, tons of apples, bran muffins or bran cereal, chicken breast, decaf coffee, and fries. No more weight gain.

I don't have a meal plan so I eat whatever i'm not too tired to cook. I eat out or get fast food probably once or twice a week. I lost 60 lbs my freshman year.

We have to get a meal plan if we live on campus, so it's mostly a buffet of like, salads, burgers, and sandwiches. On specific days we get specific things, nothing too special.

During the class break, 7 people in today's class will as per usual, visit the Cafeteria to buy ice-cream sand-witches, potato chips, and other delicacies. Then we'll all eat them in the carpeted hall outside the class while discussing the difficulty of the final....

dude...i don't think we can escape unhealthy food. usually in cafetarias, and what not, they use can food. u buy bread, they are preservative packed (actually everything that u buy is). u go to a decent restaurant and they are msg packed.

i bet not many people know exactly what they are eating their whole lives..
