I’d consider Providence a safety. Also, their engineering program is 3-2. Is that something you’d be interested in?
This looks like a well balanced list to me. I’m assuming you are instate for MN?
Just a word of caution on chemistry vs engineering. It’s generally much easier to transfer out of engineering than in. You may want to go through the schools on your list to better understand the process if you change your mind on your major.
Also, Lehigh is very big on demonstrated interest. They also still do admissions interviews with their own staff (vs alumni). If you can get to campus to tour and interview that would be super. If you can’t, contact the admissions office to see if there will be admission reps in your region during the Fall. (My D was able to have her interview locally).
