Hello! I am currently a sophomore in high school and I am freaking out about my future. I really aiming to get into a good college, however, I have no idea what looks good/bad on my transcript. Here's the classes I took, am taking and will take:

Freshmen year:
Honors English
Honors Bio
Honors Global
Algebra (regular class)

Sophomore year:
Honors English
Earth Science (regular class, I was suppose to go into chemistry, but they dropped me to earth science regents but I have no taken geometry previously)
AP World
Geometry (regular class)

Junior year:
AP English
Chemistry (regular class)
AP US
Trig (regular class)

Senior year:
AP Lit (maybe)
AP Bio
AP Gov
Pre-calc (regular class)

So here are my questions and concerns:
Is taking 4-6 AP classes too little to get into these colleges?
I really, really HATE how I'm taking 2 regular classes in sophomore year and how its gonna look on my transcript. Will this affect my chances of getting accepted? People are telling me that it doesn't matter if you're in honors or not, as long as you get good grades. I get high 90s in these regular classes.

College list (so far):
Penn State (first choice)
Binghamton
Stonybrook
Boston University
Queens (safety)
St. Johns (safety)
