<p>I revieced my financial aid package back in March, and in my Financial Aid Package were a few federal loans. I thought that I would go through the process of getting these loans during my Orientation, but my friend whose already attended orientation said that they didn't even discuss loans. When am I suppose to finalize my financial aid package and sign for my College loans? </p>
