there is no one major for law. you can be an art major and decide to go into law school w/ no problem.. having said that statistically philo, history, econ and a couple of other majors have done very well on the test

um...idk...POLITICAL SCIENCE

<---Philosophy...it seems that as long as its not something a Law School may perceive as less intellectually challenging than most majors possibly Comm majors, than it really doesn't matter what you Majored in...i think it has to do a lot w/GPA and other various factors someone more experienced w/the process could answer for ya

Would Philosophy and History major better prepare one for the LSAT rather than History and Govt. major? I understand it doesn't matter what major you choose, providing you have a high GPA and a high LSAT. I thought there might be more writing for Philosophy than for Govt.
