College Major's to NOT choose?

Sort of a different take on the usual "What to major in?" question..After this semester I'll have 64 credits done in mainly business related classes geared towards completing an accounting major. Over the past few months I've been contemplating if I really wanted to continue on this path, or would I end up with any regrets if I don't pursue my original dream of becoming a doctor. So now my question is, would having a vocational major of sorts like Accounting be a big no-no, or does college major TRULY not matter? And if it does, any advice on a major I could switch to and not have a lot of the classes I've taken go to waste? I have completed a few advanced level math courses for my minor, intro to micro/macro econ, and fulfilled GE reqs like writing/comm/language/philosophy.

Really appreciate any help!

Engineering is usually a hard major.

You’ve completed some advanced math and intro economics courses, so economics might be a good major.

Nursing or other health sciences majors would be a very poor choice.

Otherwise, anything goes, although more academic majors tend to be somewhat preferred over more vocational ones.

Looks like I’ll be making the switch to Economics, I enjoy the subject and I’m confident I can handle any of the math related to it. Time to really turn on the studies with a huge science workload starting this summer, thanks for the help and wish me luck guys!(edit: and gals!) :)
