<p>With those stats, and the OP's background, I think those schools are safeties.</p>

<p>But the question remains, what are you thinking of studying, and what kinds of schools are you looking for? Big small, near NJ or far away, rural city, etc. Your possibilities are really wide open, I believe.</p>

<p>Yeah seriously, btw I lived in Orange like you for a while, though i was in East Orange, tough neighborhood, congratulations working hard in school and being able to empower yourself out of there.</p>

<p>That's a question that shouldn't be based on "I heard." Do you have a green card? If so, you are not international. If not, you probably are.</p>
