College Matches?

<p>Hello! I've been having a lot of difficulty narrowing down my college choices and its getting really close to deadlines. If you guys could give me some insight as to a possible match to my criteria, I'd really appreciate it. </p>

<p>Born and raised in Hawaii but don't want to stay here so I expect to pay the expensive out of state or private college costs. However, I would like to qualify for scholarships. So I'm looking for colleges that offer a lot of finical aid. </p>

<p>Thinking of duel majoring in Biology (might want to continue on to vet school) and international relations (very interested in world affairs and how science can work to improve developing countries and sustainable practices worldwide). - want college that has good departments for both </p>
