<p>Ithaca, NY (Cornell and Ithaca College) was hollywood before hollywood was hollywood. The original Tarzan movies were shot in the gorges on the edges of the Cornell campus ... Little Rescal movies were shot in Ithaca (the boat scene with the Little Rascals was shot on Beebe Lake on the Cornell Campus) ... some of the Frat houses at Cornell were originally built as sets for movies.</p>
<p>I dont know if this counts, but in Where the Heart Is (WalMart Baby), towards the end there is a scene on a campus that is suppose to be an east coast school, but its shot at Baylor U in TX.</p>
