<p>Hi folks -</p>

<p>Applied to UVA for the fall 2007 as a transfer for the School of Commerce. Received an email a few weeks back from admissions, asking if I would consider the College of Arts and Sciences since the School of Commerce is very competitive and only accept a few spots. I told them that the CAS would be fine and my major would be Economics. None the less, I logged into my application status page today and the headings of the pages now read "UVa College of Arts and Sciences Application Status Report." Does this mean that I no longer have a chance at the School of Commerce? When I submitted the application I selected only the School of Commerce and nothing else. </p>

<p>I would suggest you call the admissions office and ask to speak to the office of the Transfer Dean in order to clarify your status.</p>
