Can anyone guide me in the preferred computer for Culverhouse College of Business? DD has been wanting a MAC, but her dad is convinced that traditional is better for business uses such as EXCEL etc. Thanks for advice!
I think either will work. My daughter (an Econ/Finance/Math major) started with a PC and switched to a Macbook Pro her sophomore year. She had no problems with either. She had the Microsoft Office Suite for Mac.

^There is an apple store in the Supe. Not sure if they offer any discounts but you should check it out if you have an early BamaBound.
