College of Charleston Transfer

I wanted to know my chances of getting in for Out of state, a community college in North Carolina. I have over 30 credit hours so I'm under the impression that I don't have to turn in high school transcripts is that correct? It says on their site that you must have a 3.0 or higher for out of state as of right now I have a 3.25. But I plan to transfer in the Spring so with my fall grades it will bring my gpa up to a 3.43. Is that good enough to get in? Any more info will help thanks.
