<p>No, COC only accepts fall transfers. I believe you need 60 hrs to transfer either externally or internally. Don't worry if you end up in Liberal Arts or Nat Sciences. You can still take your basic Com classes. And if you ace them, you have a great shot at getting accepted. (ex: I took RTF 305 and got an A, subsequently was admitted to RTF program (along with a strong GPA). However I declined for other reasons...haha)</p>
