Could anyone tell me if Design Day (April 26th) is open to the public? My daughter is interested in driving to MSU for the day to see the Design Day displays and get a general idea of what is expected of the student engineers at this event. Do they allow admitted students to attend this event? If so, what are the hours, and where is it held?
Thanks.

There’s a whole wealth of information there. It is free and open to the public.

I would suggest trying to get to Design Day in the morning. After noon they slowly start to tear down.

I will warn you it is a little crowded there but not unbearable. Not every class has their own room so there are posters in the hallways which clogs traffic a little.

Most of the events are in the Union building. It’s free to the public to go to it.

romanigypsyeyes: Thanks so much…that brochure will help her tremendously! :)

Humanoid: Will definitely get there early. Thanks so much!

Good luck! Hope she has fun :). I’ve actually never heard of this :o lol
