<p>It was my impression that the dept of Engineering and the University wants us to attend Summer B. I spoke with the proffessor in charge of my department and he told me not to worry about attending these programs. </p>
<p>I am going to Spain this summer and he told me to go to Spain that I would learn much more in Spain than in the programs.</p>
