College of Engineering Programming Language??

<p>I have listed my major as Electrical Engineering, and I was just wondering what programming language they use within the college of engineering. Do they use C programming by any chance?</p>

<p>the introductory class MAE9 teaches C/C++ but you should look up course requirements for yourself in case there are any others down the road.</p>

<p>CSE11 uses JAVA. not sure what the requirements are for EE but the course descriptions should tell you</p>

<p>ECE 15 is a required class for EE and it teaches you about C Programming :)</p>

<p>I ask because I’m teaching myself C right now, haha just trying to get a jump on things.
If I wanted to start learning another language after C, would you guys recommend I go for C++? or Java?</p>
