College of L&S

It doesn't seem to take very much AP credit? Anyone know why? I mean this is compared to college of chem / engineering etc.

The college of L&S doesnt take credit for econ / gov / bio, and I have never told them my "score" on my app but i did put econ / gov / bio as listed AP tests with score of 0 inteended to take in may 2009. Do I still have to take them?

Also does anyone know if I can skip out of some calc in L&S if i have my calc AP and additional calc courses at a community college?

if you get a 4/5 on BC, you can waive entire math 1a/b reqs…if you get a 5 on AB, you can waive 1a for majors…and they should also waive the quant reasoning req for l&S

thats good to hear but i dont see where L&S wavies calc ?

what major are you?

biochem in MCB (really its undeclared in Letters and Science)

premed ?

um possibly

you need those courses. med schools dont take ap credit. for the most part.

Okay, but do i still have to take the ap tests for gov, econ if i never reported their scores and the college doesnt accept them?

I just wrote on my app that i planned to take them

yea just take them. AP gov satisfy one of the social science reqs for public health,.
