College Official Report--Grade?

<p>I want to ask a question about the College Official Report on the Commonapp.</p>

<p>What does the grade indicate? I need to type in "current year courses--indicate title, level, credit", but the instructions do not say anything about grade. However, it seems I need to type in grade. Does grade mean score? Or freshman, sophomore, etc.?

<p>I dont think any college being applied to takes self reported grades seriously. I think the form asks for current courses because they dont know when the form will be filed and if the grades/classes arre not on transcript, that is important information.</p>
