College Options?

I am female, from Ohio, and currently looking at colleges.

My family is too wealthy to qualify for much or any financial aid, so I have so far based my search on the economic side, but I want to see if anyone can recommend a reach school for me, on the basis of my scores and general interests. A school that is generous with merit aid (that I would qualify for)
is best.

ACT: 32, but I am re-taking it to improve a dismal science score (35 on both english and reading, 31 in math)
SAT: Haven't taken, and don't intend to unless necessary
GPA: 3.91 unweighted, 3.94 weighted
APs: U.S. History, European History, English 12, Government
Other: 5 years of Spanish, mostly honors courses, no art or music.

What I am looking for:

My current interests are finance, but anything in the business/ math/ english area is a possibility.
I don't want a seriously religious school (atheist).
I have no intention of having to fly home, so something in the Midwest would be best, although the new england area will be considered, I have family there.
I dislike the Greek system, and any huge emphasis on sports.
I don't care about size.

Thanks!
