college orientation//first day anxiety

as a general statement,

id like to know how orientations work at colleges like university at buffalo or canisus college, etc

just how is the atmosphere, students, etc

i’m going to be commuting and tomorrow is day 1 of orientation (@canisius) and i have no idea what to expect, especcially on the first day.

only the bio dept. has emailed about bringing the textbook to the first day of class so im not sure what to bring to the first day: a notebook and pens? empty handed? i have 2 classes in the morning and then 2 classes in the afternoon so its not too hectic but still ya know?

i dont wanna be the one persona who brought so much stuff when its supposed to be a chill day… :confused:

You should always bring a notebook and a pen to any class.
