Hey all. I’m applying to 7 schools on the common app and some of them have a yellow flag saying that the college questions are optional but I can’t find them. Someone please help me thanks.
More specifics would be helpful
On the common app dashboard, each college has a set of writing requirements. The first one is red and that is the personal essay. The second one is either optional(yellow) or necessary based on your answers to certain questions(blue).
Go on the dashboard > click a school > first tab > click on blue
OR: go straight to the colleges section tab (top of page) > look on left side
