Dartmouth and Duke ahead of cal tech, Yale and chicago ??!
Here at least yes. Not how I would rank them. Many look at Dartmouth as a LA school with Ivy prestige. Duke I can’t explain but Cal Tech is limited to engineering and UChicago too rigorous in their eyes.
Huh? I quote “Top academic students”. Why does being too rigorous negatively impact that
@reuynshard See Harvard…notoriously hard to get in but easy A “typically” after. Kids want high GPA especially if moving on from undergrad. Now this doesn’t apply to every student and everybody is different but overall it is the predominant sentiment of the top end kids.
^^^Not to mention the rep UChicago has for “The place where fun comes to die”. Not a good combination in kids eyes.
