<p>For teacher recommendations, are we allowed to ask teachers who don't teach at our school anymore? Or are we supposed to ask teachers that go to our school only? Will it hurt if i ask a teacher who left?</p>
<p>The rec needs to be from a teacher with whom you had a high school class. If that is true, it can be from a teacher who has left the school.</p>
