A few of my schools want two college recs even though I only finished 1 semester of college work. I'm going to get my econ professor and my calc professor to write my recs. I was planning on also using two recs from high school because I know they're very good. The recs from high school are from my statistics teacher and my calc teacher. Will it look bad that I'm sending in one recommendation from a high school calc teacher and then one recommendation from a college calc professor?

No, unless the school strongly discourages supplemental recs.

My S had only one college term, just like you. He had to send his hs transcript and his hs automatically sent "the whole package" including hs recs and GC form. Don't know whether the transfer admissions people actually read the hs recs, but they certainly didn't hurt anything.
