college roundup

Hi, I will be trying to transfer to a new school. Right now I'm at a private small 4 year liberal arts college. I'm going to try and transfer into business at another university- for very good reasons which I can use to my advantage on my essays.
My question however is which schools will I likely be able to get accepted to; into their business programs.
I am looking for some schools which are realistic to apply to for business, which lie around the top 100 national-- or preferably top 50.

So far I'm going to apply to University of Wisconsin- Madison, University of Colorado-Boulder, University of Washington-Seattle.

I'm looking for suggestions of similar type schools, which I would be able to get into, and preferably close to skiing. ( I know Wisconsin inst good for skiing, but it looks like a fun college town; I would also only like to go to schools with a college vibe- town type scene.)
*Note I understand that I might have a good chance to getting into these universities, however I'm unsure of the business department. If I don't get into business- should I apply to a different department, and then transfer into business once enrolled?

Stats: 1 year completed at college; GPA for the first year ~3.5
I will be transferring after next year (Junior Year)
I have taken some diverse courses including: freshmen composition (A), History(A), Eco-Psychology (A), Programming (B), Into to entertainment and tech I&II (both A's- in Etek II created a video game), Entrepreneurship (A), Financial Accounting (B), Managerial Accounting (taking right now in summer hopefully (B) or (A) , Macroeconomics (A), History of RnR (too many filled classes had to take this (B), Creativity and sutainability (B+) ** these were all taken my freshman year and some during summer.

Next year I will be taking pre-Calculus, Microeconomics, Corporate Finance, Spanish, and Advanced writing, and maybe a science (environmental systems)
then next year for spring semester calculus, business law, maybe biology or physics, and something like philosophy or UNIX/Linux course.

HS did pretty bad, didn't try, had around 2.5 GPA, but I don't think they will really care about it , since all my college work. ACT/SAT wont be needed since I have over 36 credits.
FOCUS: please help prepare a list of feasible universities, thanks.
