College Selection...Help!

Hi.

I plan on majoring comparative literature at my college, and I’m not sure where I should apply. I wanna go to the East Coast because I like the atmosphere there.

Actually, I’m considering Cornell because it has a good comp lit courses, but I need more schools.

Do you have any recommendations for literature major?

Vassar, Wesleyan, Bowdoin, Williams, Sarah Lawrence, Bard, Reed, Duke, UChicago, Northwestern, Davidson....

If you wanna be a comp lit major you wanna use good English.

Sorry for my poor writing. I’m an international student who went to an ordinary high school in my country and just entered community college in the US this year. Therefore, I’m still not used to English expression if I can excuse. I will appreciate if you could overlook my defiant writing.

However, at the same time, I thought that this discussion space was totally informal one when I posted this thread, so I expressed my intention in a casual way. Was that wrong? In any case, I will pay more attention to my wording from now. Thank you for your advice.

Oh okay, sorry, I had no way of knowing you were an international student. In order for anyone to give you other suggestions you need to post your stats. GPA, classes taken, etc.

Northeast schools for comp. lit:
Vassar, Wesleyan, Sarah Lawrence, Bard, Conn College, Brown, Yale, Uconn, Skidmore

Sarah Lawrence, Bard, and Skidmore do not exactly have programs in comparative literature.
