College sports

<p>Well, I'm an international intending to go to the states after graduating high school. I really want to play some sport in college. Here's the situation: I have trained tennis for a couple of summers (we have clay courts here and don't play in winter). I am also keen on soccer, but I have never played professionaly. In fact, I play outdoors but it is closer to indoor soccer than to outdoor soccer because of the sizes (smaller goals, smaller size of the field). I don't know if I can break through a tennis or a soccer team at the university, even if teams are in NCAA Div III. What do you think, is there a chance for me to enter some of these teams or I should better think of intramural sports?</p>
