all the way from nevada..im up for any feedback i can get- thank ya!

I doubt it has any effect. In Northeastern schools, Jews are definitely an overrepresented group, although in southern schools like Vanderbilt, they're probably more of a minority. It would be nice, though...

And regarding your AP scores, you don't need to send a score report or even indicate your scores...you can just put down "AP Scholar" under Awards.

Thanks for the AP advice...and yes I just put the Jewish thing in because I know Vanderbilt wants more Jewish students and since my religion plays a larger part in my life...it couldn't hurt letting a Southern-primarily Christian based school become familiar with my "minority"

I think you have about a 50-50 chance. It will help you that you are Jewish and that you applied early, but your test scores could be a little higher. Do you have any more activites like NHS, or any leadership positions? If all you have one your app is what you listed above, I wouldn't be counting on the big envelope. I applied ED also, but I have higher test scores, many more ECs, and a much higher class rank. Which school did you apply to? If you applied to Peabody you have a better chance than at Arts and Sciences or Engineering. I hope this helps. Good Luck!
