<p>Macalester, Barnard, Sarah Lawrence, Vassar, Bryn Mawr/Haverford/Swarthmore for LACs maybe? All near cities (since you seem to prefer schools that are) and as far as I know, all except maybe SLC are good with financial aid.</p>
