College suggestions plus chance me please:)

I know you guys get a lot of these but can you please take a look at my stats (I'm a junior in a high school ranked top 10 in the nation)

1950 SAT
Freshman year: 2 APs, 1 honors, the rest pre-IB
Sophomore: 3 APs, 1 honors, the rest pre-IB
Junior: 4 APs, 6 IB ( some of the AP courses are IB as well)
Senior year: I will be taking senior privilege for a semester, 3 AP classes and the rest IB

300+ community service hours
3.2 GPA uw ( I know it kind of sucks but my courses are challenging so I'm hoping that'll help)
4.1 weighted ( All hail IB weighting! )

ECs:
President of a club
FBLA award
Involved in about three other clubs
Community service award
Varsity tennis captain ( won regionals, went to states)
Built a few websites
Passionate about helping the environment ( a ton of volunteering for a state park )

Super reach: UPenn (legacy), Cornell.
Reach: NYU, Occidental, Weselyan, U of Florida
Match: U of Richmond, Florida State Uni ( I reside in FL btw), Syracuse Uni
Safety: a couple FL schools

Do you think those colleges are appropriately categorized? If not, please be brutally honest and can you guys please suggest a few schools for my match and safety ( either in FL or PRIVATE anywhere else bc I'm lower income and private usually gives a ton of aid)

Thank you so much!

*the GPAs are what I think I will get next year. Right now it’s 3.1 uw and 3.9 weighted.

“I’m lower income and private usually gives a ton of aid”

Ask your parents to sit down and run the Net Price calculators at the websites of each of the places on your list. Then talk with them about whether or not they think the costs predicted have any chance of being affordable. When you do your own re-analyses of the results, don’t forget to factor in travel costs and winter wardrobe costs for places in colder climates than where you are living now.

If you study for the SAT and can get your score above 2000 (or get an equivalent score on the ACT) you will have more options. Pop over to the Financial Aid Forum, and read the threads at the top of that forum on the subjects of Automatic and Competitive Merit-based Aid. You already qualify for some of that merit money. A better SAT/ACT score would qualify you for more.

Thanks for responding happymomof1! I have done a few of those calculations and they mostly end up with only a thousand or two for me to pay ( the rest is aid and loans, etc). I will retake the SAT but do you think my matches are ok and do you know of any ok colleges within my range? Thanks again.
