College suggestions

Hi!
I am looking to get a MSc in Computer Science, Information Tech or related field. But due to my low GPA in undergrad, chances doesn’t look good for Masters.
Because of the minuscule chances of MSc, I would also like to apply for a Diploma in same field, but System Analyst/Network Security (or related) would be the best.
My profile in brief is:
58% Undergrad (no CPGA in our college), Applied Physics from a top school, Indian. Extra curricular in CS field (won contests etc)

Can the experts here suggest me some good colleges in Canada where I can apply with the said profile?

In Canada a college is a community college. Only universities can grant degrees.
