<p>I know there are tons of programs for HS students.
Does anyone know of any high caliber semester abroad programs especially ones that are affililated with colleges but accept students from other colleges.

<p>I think there are a lot of programs like this, but it depends on the country where the student wishes to study. Does your student have a specific place in mind?</p>

<p>CIEE.ORG and SIT.EDU are two places of many that you might want to look.</p>

<p>Also, NYU's many study abroad programs are open to students from other schools.</p>
