college transcript

I am a high school senior and I take 1 math class at my local community college, but the semester isn't over until the end of December. Do I still need to mail my transcripts to the colleges Im applying to? In my application I did mention I took classes there, but will they just accept that?

I’m not too sure about this, but I still think you should mail your transcripts in, possibly with a special note from your counselor stating that your semester ends only December.
I’m not an admissions officer though, so I suggest you call up one of the colleges on your list and confirm - most likely the rules will be the same for them all in this respect.

“most likely the rules will be the same for them all in this respect.”

Don’t count on that. Give each of them a ring to ask what they need now. Since the final grade isn’t available yet, some might be happy to wait until the end of the term, but others will want a mid-term report from that professor. In any case, you will need to send official copies of your CC transcript to each of them as soon as the semester grades are available.
