Yes, you can apply as an international transfer applicant. However, if you need financial aid it will be very difficult for you to find a place that will offer you much money.
@happymomof1 I know it’s possible to apply as a college transfer student. I was just curious if NIT would allow me to do so because everywhere I’ve read they say that I have to pay the rest of the 3 year tuition fees for them to give me back my diploma, and then I can do the transfer.
You need to ask NIT what is necessary for you to do in order to get an official copy of your transcript. If you need to pay for your entire program of studies even if you leave without finishing that program, then perhaps you don’t want to study at NIT to begin with.
