College Transfer chances to Texas A&M and UT Austin

Hey everyone, i would like to know my chances for each of these universities.
As of now, i’m trying to transfer from a Big 12 school (Out of State, but a Texas Resident) to either TAMU or UT.
Here’s my stats:
Trying to transfer as an Aerospace engineering student with a GPA of 3.46.( I am bringing it up to a 3.6 this semester.)
39 hours completed:
(Here are relevant engineering courses i have taken.)
Chemistry for Engineers: A
Calculus 1: C
Calculus 2: A
Differential Equations: B
Physics 1: B
Physics 2: A
Statics:B
Engineering Design w/ CAD: A
Engineering Computer Programming: A
All other classes not related to my major was an “A”, with exception of one “B”.
This semester i am taking Calculus 3, Thermodynamics, Strength of Materials, and two other required courses that are not related to my major.
Essays are pretty decent.
Most of my EC’s are related to fitness (I’m a marathon runner.)
I’m part of a training program that helps students prepare for marathons. I’m also a recruiter for many school related fitness activities. I’m a member of my Residence Hall Government, and most importantly I am part of a tutoring group for engineering students at my school.
I have been on the Dean’s list the past two semesters, and i am an Autodesk AutoCAD Certified User. I have also been given a lot of scholarships at my current school. I am also pretty fluent in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Solidworks (Engineering modeling programs.)
No letters of Recommendations, and all apps are completed.

High School:
SAT and ACT scores were pretty sub-par
GPA (weighted): 4.4, Unweighted: ~3.8
I took 5 AP courses and was part of Spanish Honors Society; but that’s basically it.
