<p>I am currently a 2nd computer science student of nsit delhi.I secured 4000+ rank in iit and same in aieee.As i am not satisfied with the current subjects and course structure,i wish to apply for a college transfer in the usa.What are my chances and the requirements to be fulfilled?Eagerly awaiting for the replies....
p.s:m gonna take my sat 1 exam next month.</p>
