<p>Colorado schools have been complaining for quite awhile now. I know the CU and CSU financial aid packages were nothing but loans to my sons who quickly crossed them off the list when offered full rides at comparable universities. To attend CU out of State is for the wealthy only and a few superstar students.</p>
<p>I know the Univ of Wyo is seeing a very large increase in the number of colorado students who are crossing the border and paying less at Wyo than they would with in-state tuition in Colorado</p>
