College/University Websites---the Good, the Bad, the Ugly

Based on their appearance, content, and navigation, I like:
U Chicago The University of Chicago
MIT MIT[/url]
Washington U [url=http://wustl.edu/]Washington University in St. Louis

Others?

I’m a fan of Georgetown’s website. [Home - Georgetown University](http://www.georgetown.edu/)

Holy Cross received top awards from the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) District I Communication Awards committee for its newly designed admissions website.
[Holy Cross Earns Top Honors for New Admissions Website and Publications | College of the Holy Cross](http://www.holycross.edu/publicaffairs/press_releases/2009-2010/case_gold_10)

^Holy Cross is also now an Ivy league school, better than Harvard, opening a satelite campus on Mars and the alma mater of the next 10 presidents. lol. Please stop with the HC ■■■■■■■■. This board is filled with marketing employees for this safety school.

Oh, I forgot. In addition to Georgetown, I like Notre Dame’s website, too. [University of Notre Dame](http://www.nd.edu)

Be nice.

^^Holy Cross is a great school but there are a couple of CC posters who are self appointed HC advocates and practically spam threads with HC plugs. It only serves to make HC look desperate.

University of illinois at Urbana-Champaign has a great website - very intuitive and easy to navigate.

University of Nebraska-Lincoln, not so much.

I really liked Barnard’s until they changed it.

SUNY New Paltz is definitely one of the coldest, least exciting sites I’ve ever seen.

^
Reminds me of the old Newsday website

HC’s website looks great!
