Hey I just wanted to know if colleges pay your way to visit or pay you to visit
Only on RARE occasions will a college pay for your visit. It tends to happen after you have been accepted and they really want you to attend or if the school is having a special scholarship event for finalist interviews, etc. Again, its very rare.
However, if you ask nicely, they might give you a parking voucher.
Not usually.
Exceptions: Google “college fly-in programs”

And you should get a free lunch at a campus cafeteria!
As @bodangles mentioned, some schools do have fly-in programs where they will pay for you to visit. However, most have a deadline for applying to the program, including some schools where the deadline has already passed.
At some schools the programs are open to any prospective student, while others are targeted at first-generation, low income, students of color, or have minimum GPA and/or test score requirements.
