For overall experience (academics, sports, weather, atmosphere, social life, housing food, people, etc...) Which one is better and why?

UCSB vs. UMiami vs. SDSU
UCLA vs. USC
LMU vs. Pepperdine vs. USD
Indiana vs. Oregon vs. ASU vs. UCSC
UCD vs. UCI vs. UCSD
Florida vs. Penn St. vs. FSU

UCSB vs. UMiami vs. SDSU UCSB
UCLA vs. USC UCLA
LMU vs. Pepperdine vs. USD Pepperdine
Indiana vs. Oregon vs. ASU vs. UCSC Indiana
UCD vs. UCI vs. UCSD UCSD
Florida vs. Penn St. vs. FSU UF

UCSB is quite a bit better in terms of academics, plus it is in a nice environment near the beach and good parties.
UCLA/USC...they are really close and it's hard to say. I would give a slight edge to UCLA but it depends on what you like.
Pepperdine - better academics and nice campus but I think they are pretty Christian so look into that.
I would say UCSC/Indiana > Oregon/ASU
UCSD over UCD/UCI simply because better academics, plus UCI = commuters and UCD = farm (overgeneralizing of course)
Last one...err...no idea.

For FSU vs. UF it really depends on the area you want to study. Each has specialties that are markedly better than the other. For the non-academic aspects FSU >/= UF (Dorms, city, atmosphere, culture, weather = more continental, prettier girls)
