College VS. SFS

Can someone briefly run down the differences/distinctions between the College and the SFS? I've heard a lot of different things, what's the real deal?

it just depends...the College has a wider range of majors, from what I understand, as opposed to the SFS which has a curriculum and majors very much geared towards the international community---dealing with multi-national businesses, politics, and conflicts.

Someone around here is probably much more researched than me...I am absolutely no help!

The college is larger and has all of your typical majors (biology, literature, chemistry, poli sci, etc.). SFS is G'town's IR school...everyone that goes to SFS graduates with a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service (BSFS), usually with a concentration in one area (international politics, international economics, etc.). If you want to go IR, go SFS. Anything else, the college (unless there's a specific school for what you want to study, like business or nursing, in which case you should go to that school).

That's my take on it. :)
