<p>FSU > LSU (though LSU gets points for having a Harvard transfer at QB)
UT > UF (really a toss-up, both are good-not-great flagship state schools)
USC > Miami (the two schools I thought were public for the longest time. USC gets the nod for having similar stats with a larger student body)</p>
