College with D I or II Women's Soccer?

Hey, I am helping my cousin search for colleges, she is currently a high school junior. She wants to go to a school where she could play division 1 or 2 soccer. She would also like a school that is somewhat close to beaches and has good shopping nearby, preferably on the east coast. Her grades are pretty solid, she has around a 96/100 grade point average, and she has yet to take SATs, but will probably get somewhere around a 1700-1800. She is involved in a few school activities, and she has a lot of community service hours. She plays on the school's varsity soccer team in addition to an outside premiere league. She also plays varsity track and lacrosse.

Any suggestions that fit her criteria would be greatly appreciated!

Unanswerable without knowing how good she is. She may not be good enough to play Div 1 in most places. That would eliminate those places.

she is good enough to play D1, she is very highly ranked in the state and plays for her school's varisty soccer team as well as a premier league that is highly ranked. her coaches say she will have no problem getting scouted for D1 schools.
