College with the highest SAT

Which college has the highest average SAT score and what is it?

I'm pretty sure it's Caltech. I don't know what the score is though.

no, i think Franklin W. Olin does.
(about 1500/1600 avg)

Definitely Caltech ----> 1510 (according to USNEWS)

I wonder which one would have the highest average SAT score if the SAT
were the main component of the application...

Isn't Harvard pretty high up there? I was looking at medians and it seemed Harvard beat most of them although MIT and CalTech were amazing in math (though not so good at verbal). Princeton was fairly high too, it seemed.

I haven't even seen an average SAT for HYPS. They give percentiles, but not the official average. A straight-up average is very misleading, not to mention that it would lead people to rank HYPS solely on SATs.

Yale lists the average SATs. I think it was around 740 for verbal and 760 for math, but I'm not sure. Deep Springs is pretty high up there in terms of SAT scores.

Amherst, Williams perhaps

Harvard's averages were around 1500 a couple of year ago--even higher now I'm sure.
