Volunteer:
-Library volunteer every summer. Over 260 hours helping kids read and discuss books. Shelving books as well.

I will have a stellar rec from my academic decathlon coach and a good rec from my journalism advisor.

I'm planning on majoring in humanities, most likely liberal arts or history. Hopefully, I can appeal to colleges by showing that I am creative through art.

In regards to college, I'd like to go to the east coast to study in a semi-urban location with around 5k students. Income is around 40k, so I'll need financial aid, but it's not a deciding factor, I will have enough to get by if tuition is below 30k (savings).

Thank you, ubernerds!!!!
