college?

so i'm currently a junior at my high school. I want to major in electrical engineering or applied physics. However, all the classes that fit my interests i will already have taken next year other than calc bc. (i will have taken physics c, ap chem, stat and calc ab. the only other science and math classes they offer are bio-based which honestly holds no interest for me) I would take english and econ to fill my requirements and then parallel enroll in classes at the local college for my remaining five periods. I'm very bored with high school and am not challenged in any of my classes other than physics. I am very independent and am not worried about the prospect of living on my own. Taking another year of high school just seems like a waste of time for me. I was wondering if it was possible, and if so if it was a good idea to take english and econ over the summer in order to graduate and try to apply to college this year.
