college

i accidentally applied as regular decision but i meant to apply as early action. I met the early action deadline and on my naviance account which students use to apply to schools as well says that i applied for early action. I emailed college admissions and called. One of the 3 college admissions i emailed got back to me and thanked me for reaching out to her and told me she would get back to me as soon as she heard from her supervisor. what are the chances that they will let me switch from regular decision to early action??? because i met the deadlines and that is what i wanted it was just a human error.

As long as you contacted the colleges a few days (and not weeks) after the EA deadline, I think that they will switch you into the EA applicant pool. However, some colleges may be more strict than others; my answer applies to colleges in general, from what I have seen.

this is for loyola university of maryland. do you know if they are lenient with switching over??
