Collegeboard cannot find my test, seriously?!

So CB is saying they couldn't find my test and I need to take the responsibility of their missing of my test
and Oct SAT test is part of my college applying plan and 3 of my deadline is Dec 1st

OK COLLEGE BOARD WON!!!

Anyone has any idea about what should I do? don't say sue them I won't win anyway

But is there anywhere they can let me retake the test and let me get my score before Dec 1st

This is just screwed up oh my god

HELPPPPPP

and also they kinda saying there is no record of me taking the test so they will give me the credit of retaking the test on Dec 1st
good move CB it means a lot

Can anyone helps me with this?
I want to suicide now

Have this ever happened in the history?

This is because the College Board sucks and I kind of hate them.
Have you pestered them as much as you possibly can? I mean this. They wouldn’t give me my October scores (and I needed them for a scholarship deadline in a couple of days), and they wouldn’t tell me why because the scoring people “don’t have telephone numbers.” No kidding. I repeatedly called them for two hours straight and sent them multiple mean e-mails, and I got my scores the next day.

Maybe they really lost your test; maybe they need to look a little bit harder. I sort of suspect the latter, though I don’t want to get your hopes up for nothing. Call them back; tell them nobody just loses a test. It shouldn’t be your responsibility; it’s theirs. Make them feel bad. Yell at them. Then tell them about your deadline and that they have to let you take some sort of test before Dec 3. I don’t mean to make this look like it’s your fault, but you should have tried to take the Nov 3rd test.

OOH I JUST GOT AN IDEA! There is a test being administered on Nov 17 for places affected by hurricane Sandy. Even if you don’t live in one of those places, if you yell at the CB long enough, they might somehow allow you to take that test. I’m not sure how that would work exactly, but there’s gotta be a way.

The CB really likes to screw people up, man. I’m sorry this happened to you. Give 'em hell. Good luck.

(1) Get your parents (or school guidance counselor) involved.

(2) Advise CB that you will be retaining legal counsel if the matter isn’t resolved to your satisfaction by [pick a date].

If it is true that this happened to you, I would also suggest what @dodgersmom did:getting parent help and advice, and or, legal help and advice. I’m not telling you to be demanding but their premises just wouldn’t do you any good if your deadlines are already lined up.
